Description: Dry Brushing Technique and Knife Work

Sometimes referred to as “scumbling” this is the art of laying down a broken, partial, interrupted brush stroke, causing the colour to mix in the eye. Using a similar, broken technique but applied with a palette knife, knife work will also be explored. Please bring a knife similar to the one pictured below; as well as others of your choice. Instructor will have a supply of knives however not enough for the entire class.
